This is the thread that you get to post the weird things you've see on eBay and the rip-offs or bargains you've experienced. I've seen some crazy stuff, but what about you?:-D

When I used to look for Jump: Ultimate Superstars on eBay, I always found this (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/how-to-jump-higher-increase-vertical-for-basketball-etc_W0QQitemZ350017087568QQihZ022QQcategoryZ64642Q QrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD2VQQcmdZViewItem?_trksid=p1638 .m122) instead and it looks interesting. According to the seller its worth $19.99! Big savings everyone!

I once saw a single potato chip, shaped like the millenium falcon. $5!

Possibly a myth, but I heard about the guy who bought a GPS from ebay with no picture for $100 or similar, and when it arrived, it was a compass.
Lol i would never buy nothing from ebay without a legit picture.

I like typewriters, and from a Typewriter collector mailing list, someone linked to a haunted typewriter. And then people replied posting links to all sorts of supposed haunted items, a man's cane, etc.
Recently I've been getting GBA games because you can get them cheap as chips, or probably cheaper. I've only had one dodgy one, Harvest Moon wouldn't save anything. I didn't bother returning it or anything because it cost like a buck plus postage. I got another one and it works fine.

Funniest thing I've seen on ebay was an air guitar.
It was just an empty guitar case :)

Bunnings monopoly. I'm not sure which is more disturbing, that they made it or that people will pay over $80 for it.

The Bunnings monopoly sets were given out to all the employees of Bunnings at christmas. Someone has a few odd ideas.

Bunning: not a monopoly, but it is part of an oligopoly.
Most interesting thing I ever saw on ebay was an antique embalming kit, complete with old bottles of formaldehyde.
