In America we'd assume that much money was just lost in the couch. 84 million is less than one ten-thousandth of how much debt our government has accumulated in the past year.

So apparently the trial has now to some degree been deemed a 'success'. Neat.

One participating ISP apparently trialed with fifteen fucking people.

The technology itself was green lighted, I think? Personally, I think it's completely suspect that only 5 ISPs out of... how many? Participated.
